The Normann Staffing evaluation process assures that your capabilities are known and understood.
Whether the position you’re applying for is temporary or permanent, you can have confidence that you’ll succeed wherever you’re placed. The process begins by meeting remotely with a Normann Staffing Placement Specialist – you can meet from the comfort and convenience of your own home. Plus, all onboarding paperwork, skills testing, and everything that’s needed to register with us can be completed online.
During the call, you’ll be evaluated based on:
- Skills
- Attitude
- Reliability
- Experience
We’ll review your skills, education, and experience to match you with a unique position that suits your needs and the needs of companies in the Hudson Valley.
Then, we recommend you to certain organizations and, upon request, submit your resume and schedule an interview if a company would like to assess you in person.
Once an organization accepts you as a candidate, we’ll take care of any additional screening, orientation, and paperwork and coordinate the completion of these requirements. Upon final acceptance, you’ll be dispatched to the organization as a Norman Staffing associate.
