In 1980, as The Kingston Hospital human resources manager, Tony became one of the first clients of the professional employment agency that he would acquire in May 2014. During the in-between decades, Tony moved through various executive roles at the hospital, most notably as its President and CEO for nine years until 2003.
He began his healthcare career in 1977 at St. Lukes Hospital in Newburgh, N.Y. Normann Staffing has long met their needs, and we continue to do so. We know how crucial human resources are. Any business is only as good as the staff providing services.” Tony brings deep civic and community connections. In addition to being a volunteer co-host for Kingston Community Radio, Tony serves on the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board,The YMCA of Kingston & Ulster County, NY Board; the Steering Committee for Junior Achievement in Ulster County, and the Rotary Club of Highland,NY. Whatever the need, Normann Staffing continues to stand apart for integrity, commitment to service, and perfect fit matching of employers and employees.
