During this stressful time, we at Normann Staffing want you to know that we are working to provide support to our employees, clients, and community in every way possible. As this pandemic unfolds, we are taking proactive measures to adapt our business model to meet the evolving needs of our business community and employee base, and will be continuing to serve and support you during this difficult time.

To our clients: We want you to know that our small staff is working diligently to ensure that we can meet your evolving staffing needs, and that when you have staffing shortages due to COVID-19 quarantines and illness, we can provide interim, or ongoing staff to get you through this pandemic. Whether your need is for supplemental onsite employees or remote staff to help your business operate, we are here for you. We have briefed our employee base on CDC health and safety guidelines and continue to update them with the information they need to make the right decisions for your businesses and our community.

To our employees: We understand that there is a lot of uncertainty and concern when it comes to your employment and we are here to help address your questions and concerns. We are working with our clients to ensure that your health and safety remain the highest priority and that CDC and local government guidelines are being followed.
