During this stressful time, we at Normann Staffing want you to know that we are working to provide support to our employees, clients, and community in every way possible. As this pandemic unfolds, we are taking proactive measures to adapt our business model to meet the evolving needs of our business community and employee base, and will be continuing to serve and support you during this difficult time.

To our clients: We want you to know that our small staff is working diligently to ensure that we can meet your evolving staffing needs, and that when you have staffing shortages due to COVID-19 quarantines and illness, we can provide interim, or ongoing staff to get you through this pandemic. Whether your need is for supplemental onsite employees or remote staff to help your business operate, we are here for you. We have briefed our employee base on CDC health and safety guidelines and continue to update them with the information they need to make the right decisions for your businesses and our community.

To our employees: We understand that there is a lot of uncertainty and concern when it comes to your employment and we are here to help address your questions and concerns. We are working with our clients to ensure that your health and safety remain the highest priority and that CDC and local government guidelines are being followed. If you are working for us and have any concerns, please call our office at 845-338-9111. There are new resources rolling out from our state and local governments to help employees weather this storm. If you have been laid off due to the COVID-19 pandemic and need to work, call our office to see what opportunities we have available. We are continuing to partner closely with local businesses to help find the right jobs for our temps. Our Healthcare facilities have a particularly high need for staff right now, so if you are a CNA, LPN, or RN who previously worked for Normann Staffing, or would like to please call our office today.

New York State is waiving the 7-Day waiting period for Unemployment Insurance benefits for people who are out of work due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) closures or quarantines. Visit the Department of Labor website for more information.
