  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and use of Excel spreadsheets required.
  • College degree but preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer skills to interact with clients over the phone and in person.

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Working with clients on preparing their records for Payroll and Sales tax returns.
  • Review of sales, sales taxes, payroll records, payroll taxes, other expenses, in QuickBooks
  • Reconciling paper records with QuickBooks accounts.
  • Process W2s and 1099s.  

REQUIREMENTS:
