Schedule and Pay:
Answer incoming calls
Greet walk-in clients.
Facilitate walk-through tours of our model homes.
Ask questions to qualify clients.
Capture basic information from walk-ins and call-ins and report to main office for lead assignment.
Maintain basic office supplies, re-ordering when necessary.
Coordinate with vendors like the cleaning crew, lawn care and any other vendor related services, and report to the main office.
Perform a basic/daily walkthrough of the office and model center, reporting any facility/grounds related issues.
Perform variety of other administrative duties as assigned.
Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiar with basic functions of computer applications, such as but not limited to:
Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe: Acrobat, Google Chrome
Ability to perform without delay and in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage and execute on assignments with competing priorities.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Highly skilled and motivated in administrative duties
Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs.
