Job Qualifications:

Normann Staffing is seeking someone truly outstanding for our client in New Paltz. The client does not have time to train so the candidate must have extensive experience working in a very high pressure environment where the priorities are changing rapidly.

Requirements include:

  • Very fast typing skills especially dictation so you can capture the clients’ thoughts as fast as he can speak them.
  • Must write in business professional style, not texting language.
  • Need to be able to take effecting notes during all meeting and calls and create follow up action steps and ensure all deadlines are met by both the client and the other party.
  • Must really know Microsoft Outlook and how to control the clients’ inbox and his schedule. It’s critical the candidate can keep it all organized and ensure they respond to all urgent emails, appointments or information requests and gently remind those who have not responded to us.
  • Must be comfortable picking up the phone and calling anyone to get information or book appointments, and most of all the candidate needs to be hyper organized and meticulous by nature.
  • Must know how to get answers to questions and solve problems fast, beyond simple google searches.
  • Very good understanding of Microsoft Excel and ability to format spreadsheets and do some basic formulas.
  • Need to know Zoom and how to schedule meetings, allow people to be in the waiting room, setup the screen-shares and fluidly start and end each meeting on time.
  • Most of all, the candidate needs to be able handle pressure and respond in an assured way to indicate they can get the job done and they will get it done.

Competitive Pay: $20-$24 per hour, Depending on Experience
