Job Qualifications:

Schedule and Pay:

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, part time
  • Pay Range: $20-$25/Hour
  • Temp to Perm
  • Location: Highland, NY

Job Description:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Carefully review contract documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Log and monitor Submittals
  • Organize bid invitations and input information.
  • Download plans and specification from Emails and websites to server.
  • Work with Estimators.
  • Type up and send out proposals.
  • Assist Executives with scheduling meetings and calendar events.
  • Professionally administer all incoming calls.
  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
  • Performs various clerical and typing duties for office staff.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Log and monitor Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Prepare project meeting minutes
  • Review and process Contractor’s Pay Applications
  • Assist with Punch List and Closeout

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrate math and computer skills- Microsoft Office / Procore / Excel
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Strong ingenuity & problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • COVID Vaccination PREFERRED
