Job Description:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Financial and database management experience
  • Some knowledge of graphic design
  • Excellent people skills, including phone, digital and in person client/vendor/partner interactions and management, will be an important element of our dynamic team
  • Demonstrable self-motivation, strong organizational skills, creative problem solving, and curiosity is a requirement
  • Understanding of contracts, project flow and insurance requirements for architecture and/or building construction businesses is a necessary skill for this position
  • QuickBooks or financial management software experience is a must
  • Marketing experience is a strong plus
  • Experience in the fields of design and/or construction is a requirement
  • Potential client tracking and management
  • Create and send marketing materials
  • Track replies; assist with proposals, track replies, follow ups
  • Current client tracking
  • Past client follow ups and touches
  • Assist marketing team to gather quotes, referrals and such
  • Work with principal and staff to manage projects
  • Work with principal and staff to track expenses and revenues relative to proposals and estimates  formulate job profitability reports
