Schedule and Pay:

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
  • Pay Range: $17-$19/Hour
  • Temp to Perm
  • Location: Kingston, NY

Job Description:

Responsibilities Include:

  • SELF STARTER IS A MUST 
  • Industry-specific data entry
  • Fielding and directing phone calls (<20 per day)
  • Keeping paper, digital, and cloud files organized and up to date
  • Communicating with field technicians and management
  • Tracking equipment and vehicle maintenance
  • Answering email requests in a timely manner
  • Providing administrative assistance to HR, Marketing, and Bookkeeping, as needed
  • Basic Word/Excel tasks
  • Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, extremely organized, and able to multi-task in our busy office environment.  
  • Empathetic and personable phone skills are essential.
  • All office computers are Windows 10 Pro.  
  • Must also have experience with iPad/iPhone apps and data transfer.
  • Clean driving record a plus.
  • After a 90-day trial period, the job has potential for added proprietary responsibilities.
  • Once Perm: employees receive paid personal days, paid holidays, and we have a retirement with 3% company matching
