Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Assist originators to schedule and confirm appointments with prospective borrowers.
2 Assist prospective borrowers by phone or office walk-in:
3 Assist in providing support in the following areas:
4 Act as back up when originator is out of the office (i.e. paperwork, phone calls, etc.)
5 Act as a liaison between underwriter, realtor, customer and originator.
6 Working knowledge of different financing programs and investor underwriting guidelines.
7 Shop other lenders (by telephone and in person) as requested.
8 Email rate sheets to realtors from distribution list
9 Distribute and update CRM leads
10 Utilize contact system that keeps track of weekly phone calls, inquiries and assignment of loans
11 Assist with creating promotional packets for realtor meetings and seminars.
12 Email rate sheets to realtors from distribution list (Friday's).
13 Distribute and update CRM leads and Westwood Real Estate leads.
14 Assist with creating promotional packets for realtor meetings and seminars.
