Job Description:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Position available for a secretary to the company president with additional responsibilities for maintaining and organizing supplies and equipment, and monitoring building services.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize tasks, be motivated to get the job done with minimal supervision and be comfortable being the primary point of contact for all manners of requests and inquiries.
  • The ideal candidate should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, with particular expertise in Word and Outlook
  • Taking dictation and have excellent spelling and grammar skills
  • Answering phone calls, emailing correspondence, and coordinating inter-office communications
  • Scheduling appointments and updating event calendars
  • Keeping all files, company information and documents sorted and organized.
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • Monitoring the mail clerk, building maintenance and janitorial service
  • Organizing and attending to details, completing all tasks to a high standard with minimal to no errors
  • Strong written and verbal skills, flexibility and adaptability, time-management and multitasking are all essential for success.
