Schedule and Pay:
We would need an experienced bookkeeper in the areas of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. There are a few other tasks including entering job costs, analyzing job cost sheets, subcontractor agreements, acquiring sales tax certificates when necessary, ordering insurance for our customers and reviewing proper coverage from our subcontractors, calculating time and material invoices, create safety and customer instructional binders, and additional duties from time to time. If they have construction accounting background that would be a plus, however, not a deal breaker for the right candidate. Also if they had experience with Foundation Construction software. Not many have Foundation Construction software experience, so I would teach the right candidate.
